One of the famous Sar Hor Fun located in Jalan Macalister. The restaurant has been started business since 1930 and establised almost 80 years. The famous food are Sar Hor Fun, Oyster Mee, Hokkien Char and etc. Many customers from outstation  purposely came to this restarant for his Hor Fun. Yummy...

Steam Crab

In fact ,I seldom cook at home. Yesterday,The whole family went to Tok kun hill .I bring my Jason boy (older son) hiking while my lovely wife was taking care of Joe(youngest son), so she just able to walk around at the riverside. After that ,we went to market to buy some meat and fish for cooking porridge. I were promised to my wife before to cook crab for her. She is still remember and hint me cook for her since I'm off today. Eventually we buy a few crab to home.  I had totally do not have cooking experience before. But i confident that cooking is just simple if i could remember all the procedure and just follow them. In fact, it do not need any skill...haha..

So ..You see is it nice ?
Forget about the look . But i would like to tell you, the taste is delicious!!! Its just took about 20 minute to cook. Nice and tasty...

BM Dry Hokien Mee

                      Today , the stall's tauke doing a charity for collecting fund for Jit Sin High school branches. 

This is the tauke look. Many out town people come to eat his hokkien mee. The business was very good.
